**Cancellation and Refund Policy**

Thank you for choosing our services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

1. **Payments are Non-Refundable**: All payments made are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.

2. **48-Hour Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We will then try and fill your slot. However if slot has not been filled charges will still apply.

3. **Late Cancellations**: If you cancel after the 48-hour window, your slot will be lost, and you will not be eligible for a rescheduling.

4. **Change time or day from agreed block booking**: A one off payment of £25 will be charged to pay for a different  pitch and time
